 Samson Reeves Jr. has been involved in music since the age of 9 years old, which is when he picked the saxaphone. A self-taught musician, his parents couldn't afford formal training for him so, after being showed the absolute basics by his first band teacher, Sam learned he could play by ear. Sam took this and ran with it, studying greats like Charlie Parker, Paul Desmond, Grover Washington Jr., George Benson to name a few. After many years as a semi-professional solo artist performing for the likes of Mayor Daley, Ce Ce Wyans, and countless city festivals, political rallies and commercials, as well as studio work, Sam was approached by a young up-and-coming rap group to help manage them.

 Stepping up to the plate was right up Sam's alley, although he had not previously worked in this capacity. Sam's network of contacts is vast so he was able to take this young group, who had never recorded in a studio before, and book them to many festivals and TV shows. They also created a Radio Jingle for a popular apparel company. Many write-ups were done in popular magazines including Underground Chicago. Sam also manages other up-and-coming R&B, Pop and Christian Artists. Sam's contacts, network and reputation in this industry is causing him to take his talents to exciting new levels.
